Monday in class I really solidified the questions I was going to be asking people in my interviews.  Some of the questions are "what are your favorite summer time dish?  What is your favorite ingredient to use?  What is your least favorite dish/ingredient?  and what is your favorite and least favorite thing about cooking?"  During my free block on Monday, I interviewed people and asked them these questions.

Today, I spend about 30 mins looking up different recipes for dishes I plan to cook from the interviews.
